BEYOND PRE-WORKOUT Smoothie

Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe!

I'm a big fan of smoothies before I do my workout routine in the morning, its the easiest way to pack a meal filled with nutrients and give an extra energy boost and finish my exercise with no problem!



I love to give my body a little extra help with SUPERFOODS so for this recipe, I integrate our BEYOND COFFEE Signature Blend and fully support my mind and body so I can have a productive day!



WHAT YOU NEED:

-1 tspn of BEYOND COFFEE Signature Blend.
-1 cup of plant-based milk.
-1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter.
-1 banana.



HOW TO MAKE IT:

Insert 1 teaspoon of BEYOND COFFE in your blender, add 1 banana, a cup of plant-based milk, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and blend all the ingredients!
