Post work out Lion's Mane Smoothie

There are days, when it's hard to go to the gym after a long week. What helps me a lot is a Pre-work-out Lion's Mane Smoothie to boost my energy and concentration which will make me feel better and motivate me to go to the gym!
WHAT YOU NEED:
– 1 banana.
– 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (vanilla favour).
– 1 tspn of LION'S MANE MUSHROOM POWDER.
– 1,5 cup (350ml) of almond milk.
– a few pinches of cinnamon powder.
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add all the ingredients in a blender and pour it into your favourite container before you head out to the gym! ENJOY all the benefits!
